Our circular economy short supply chain yogurt distribution project, aimed at decarbonizing the yogurt sector in collective catering establishments, involves automating the manufacturing of eco-responsible containers and their reconditioning between two rotations, as well as designing filling and dispensing machines.
This project is 50% co-financed by the European Union’s Just Transition Fund and the Normandy Region.

Optimize the preservation of your yogurts in a unique container!
Preserving yogurt in a keg is a major asset for anti-waste, with a limited different consumption period: an entire keg is
consumable within 3 days to come, while a keg allows serving yogurt all while using the full range of the Best Before Date (BBD) of about one month. This advantage is due to the vacuum packaging of the yogurt in the internal pouch of the keg, thus representing an airtight circuit that guarantees yogurt consumption over its maximum period.

A portion of yogurt in a pot contains 4 grams of plastic versus 0.8 grams for a Flexikeg portion – a reduction by 5 of the amount of plastic used to serve your yogurts. A figure that increases rapidly when you distribute in larger quantities and should no longer be neglected.
